Orland Tigers Youth League

I give my permission as parent and/or guardian for this child or as myself as a volunteer to participate with Orland Baseball Association DBA Orland Tigers Youth League. In consideration of your allowing this child or yourself to participate. I, intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself, my child, my spouse, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive, release, and forever discharge any and all claims for all injuries, liabilities, claims, demands, actions, causes of actions, losses, damages or expenses, of whatever kind of character, we may have against Orland Baseball Association, Orland Tigers Youth League, The Town Of Orland, their elected officials, representatives, successors, departments, coaches, volunteers, and assignees, incurred by me, or my child while at or participating in said program, and shall indemnify and hold the same harmless. I represent that I am authorized to execute this release for myself, and on behalf of my child, my spouse, my heirs, executors, and administrators. I consent to the release of any and all photographs and postings that may be used for advertisement, website and or social media as related to Orland Baseball Association & Orland Tigers Youth League. I also agree & understand that all sales/registration fee's are final and no refunds will be given. I do so agree with all above as the legal signer.
